Coffees in the Los Altos de Chiapas region are typically rich with complexity and distinctive flavours. This is largely due to the high altitude and the region's preservation of traditional coffee practices and varieties.
Oxom is a washed blend from the Ejido Sibactel producing communities, grown under the shade and protection of many other tree species. The coffees in this region are evaluated closes by our importing partner Ensambles, and produces receive scores and feedback on their coffees to provide them with a deeper understanding of their coffees, and stronger negotiation power for selling their coffee.
